Daily contact lenses
One-day lenses are the most convenient version of contact lenses, for which you do not need either a solution or a case. You simply put on the lens in the morning and throw it out in the evening, which reduces eye irritation and also the risk of possible infection in the eye. They are ideal for sports, travel and for beginners.
Find your size
TIP #1: Check the size of your current glasses
- Look at the inside of your glasses. Usually you´ll find a series of numbers there that represent the frame size and look something like this: 52 [] 22 145
- Information about the size of the frame is most often found on the inside of the temples
